Job Description
ManageBee is seeking a passionate and driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical development of our revolutionary home services platform. We’re looking for someone who is fully dedicated to our mission and ready to invest the time and energy required to bring ManageBee to market and beyond. As a founding member of our team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of ManageBee and transforming how home service businesses operate.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Provide technical direction and oversight for the development and maintenance of the ManageBee platform.
Team Management
Proven ability to proactively identify and address challenges, drive progress, and deliver results. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Architecture and Design
Design and implement scalable and robust solutions using React, React Native, Node.js, and AWS. Ensure the platform can handle rapid growth and evolving needs. GCP Knowledge is a plus.
AI Integration
Spearhead the development and integration of AI-powered features for report writing, business metrics, and other core functionalities.
Qualifications
Proven Experience
5+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in a startup environment.
Technical Expertise
Strong command of React, React Native, Node.js, and AWS. Experience with AI/ML technologies is a plus.
Problem-Solving
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for finding innovative solutions.
Communication
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively utilize stand-up meetings and asynchronous communication channels to understand the progress of engineers, provide clear direction, and offer timely support. Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A genuine interest in the home services industry and business productivity and a desire to make a positive impact.
