Summary
ManageBee seeks a highly skilled Senior React Developer to lead performance optimization of our web application. This role involves resolving bottlenecks in our React, Node.js, Fastify, and MongoDB stack. We need a proven track record in performance tuning, a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, and a passion for delivering a fast, seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and optimize slow-running REST calls and MongoDB queries.
- Eliminate unnecessary data requests between front-end and back-end.
- Reduce data transferred in REST calls to the minimum required.
- Implement caching strategies to improve response times.
- Profile and analyze performance to identify bottlenecks.
- Write clean, well-structured, maintainable code.
- Follow best practices for React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Conduct code reviews and refactor existing code.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in React and Node.js development.
- Strong proficiency in Fastify and MongoDB.
- Proven experience in performance tuning and optimization.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
