I come from the service industry. I've been the person on-site, trusting my software to make me look professional in front of a client. And I've watched platforms break that trust — slipping their ads into my deliverables, marketing to my clients, changing the deal after I'd built my business around them.
Your clients hired you. Not your software company. When a client opens a deliverable you sent, it should feel like it came from you — because it did. No one else should be in that room.
So here's what we promise. In writing. Publicly. Not because it makes good marketing (though it does). Because after what I've seen in this industry, someone needed to draw the line. — Chris
Your Clients Are Yours
We will never put ads in your deliverables. We will never market to your clients. When your client opens their portal, they see your brand — not ours, and definitely not some third party's. Your reputation is sacred. We don't touch it.
Your Data Belongs to You
We don't sell your data. We don't mine it. If you ever leave, you take everything with you — full export, no hostage games. Your business data is your business. We just store it for you.
No Bait and Switch
The features you signed up for stay. Period. We won't move the goalposts after you've built your business on our platform. If pricing ever changes, you'll know well in advance and existing members get protected.
How We Make Money
You pay for your subscription. That's how we make money. Full stop. No ads business on the side. No data sales. No "strategic partnerships" that use your client list. When you win, we win. That's the only business model we need.
What We Will Do
Being straightforward about what we do, not just what we don't. Here's the full picture.
- We may use anonymized, aggregate data to improve our AI and platform for all users
- We may send you product updates and feature announcements
- We will comply with legal requirements if compelled by law
